Monitor your blood pressure conveniently at home with the Procare 650s Upper Arm Electronic Blood Pressure Monitor. Designed for simple household operation, the device uses the oscillometric method to measure systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate.
Its LCD presents the results in large digits, while voice broadcast provides audible measurement information. Smart inflation automatically adjusts cuff pressure during measurement, and motion detection helps alert users when movement may have affected the reading.
Brief Description
The Procare 650s combines automatic blood pressure monitoring with a large two-user memory system. It can store up to 192 readings for each user, making it useful for two household members who want to maintain separate measurement records.
The monitor includes a fan-shaped upper-arm cuff designed for an arm circumference of approximately 23–33 cm. It can operate using four AA alkaline batteries or a compatible DC 6V/500mA adapter.
Weight and Dimensions
Weight: Approximately 280 g, excluding batteries
Dimensions: 140 × 110 × 81 mm
Arm Cuff: 23–33 cm
Display: Digital LCD
How It Works
The monitor uses the oscillometric measurement method. After the cuff is positioned and the ON/OFF button is pressed, the smart inflation system automatically inflates the cuff.
It detects pressure changes caused by blood flow and calculates:
Systolic blood pressure
Diastolic blood pressure
Pulse rate
Motion notification, when movement is detected
Stored user and memory information
After measurement, the cuff deflates and the result is displayed and announced through the voice-broadcast feature.
How to Use
Place the cuff directly around your bare upper arm. Sit upright with your back supported, feet flat on the floor and arm resting at heart level. Rest quietly for at least five minutes before taking a measurement.
Press the ON/OFF button and remain still while the device measures. Do not talk, move or use a mobile phone during the process. Review the displayed result and save it under the correct user profile.
Possible Side Effects or Discomfort
This is a non-invasive monitoring device and does not cause medicinal side effects. Temporary cuff tightness, mild discomfort or a short-lived pressure mark may occur during inflation.
Stop the measurement and remove the cuff if you experience pain, numbness or excessive discomfort.
Quick Tips
Measure at approximately the same time every day.
